Just popping in to give an update on a previous post I made about Nail It! Magazine. Here's the original post: Nail It! Magazine submissions!
Nail It! Magazine regularly accepts submissions from nail artists to feature in the magazine and one of the prompts they were looking for recently was NEON for the July/August 2015 issue. I submitted two, this one being my favorite:

And mine was featured! I am a published nail artist in Nail It! Magazine, y'all! I am so super excited and thrilled, and giddy, and.....BURSTING with all the happy things on the inside. It has renewed my love for nail art to feel validated in this community and business. To know that I am not only doing this for my own personal happiness but that other people out there think I'm pretty good at it! Shoutout to the maker of Shinespark Polish for making the beautiful neons that I used for this mani. <3

So that's it, just wanted to share my excitement as I said in my previous post on this subject that I would update you guys. I couldn't be happier and I plan to churn out some kickass manis to make up for the time I've been gone.

DeleteCongrats! I wan't to be published in a magazine too but I have been to lazy to submit any photos to Nail It!. It's a great feeling to be validated in the nail art community!

DeleteIt's one of those times when I can truthfully say I know EXACTLY how you feel, lol! I'm so excited for both of us, it is totally an amazing feeling to have my nails in print! Sadly, I still haven't managed to get my hands on a copy of the magazine. I really need to do that tomorrow!
