Lollipop Posse Lacquer Backwards And Inside Out Swatches

Hey y'all! Today on the blog I have some swatches of Lollipop Posse Lacquer Backwards and Inside Out to show you. Yep, just some swatches of one polish. Why? Because I loooooooove it. I bought this polish because I saw Naked Without Polish swatch the entire collection and instantly knew that I had to have it. I actually bought the entire collection but it was love at first nail on Backwards And Inside Out and it shot up to my top 5 ever polishes as soon as I stepped outside in the sunshine.

Outdoor Shot of Backwards and Inside Out

Backwards and Inside out is a beautiful steel grey-blue holographic polish that is fully opaque in two easy coats. My swatch shows two coats plus topcoat. I just couldn't stop staring at my nails and wore this for two full days before taking it off to do something different. I can see this being a base for lots of nail art in the future. It is just SO beautiful and unlike anything else I have in my collection.

That concludes my love fest for this polish - do you have any polishes that you fell in love with at first swipe? Share them in the comments so I can go check them out!

Thanks for reading!

Ellagee: Lucy In The Sky swatch and review! (Image heavy)

Hey y'all!

Today on the blog, I have a swatch and review of Ellagee's Lucy In The Sky.

First of all let me say, after this swatch, I went on to use this polish in two consecutive nail art manis, if that tells you anything about my feelings on the polish. If not, sit tight and keep reading to find out!

Lucy In The Sky is described on Ellagee's website as (Direct quote from the website)
"a clear base with scattered and soft linear holographic shimmer and fine silver holographic glitter."

The formula on this polish is nothing short of magnificent. Shown in all pictures I took as two coats with topcoat, this polish applies like butter. The application is so smooth, I barely needed cleanup as it stayed right where I put it. This polish was opaque in 2 coats and dries relatively quickly after application. I use Seche Vite topcoat and it did not change the holographic qualities in the slightest. Thumbs up, Ellagee!

So how about some macros? You know you want them!

Going back through these photos to write this post makes me want to go break out my bottle of Lucy In The Sky and paint my nails with it again!

This polish is definitely unique to my collection in both quality and visual impact. If you are interested in purchasing this polish, you can find it on Ellagee's WEBSITE. It is a must have!

Do you own any Ellagee polishes? Which is your favorite?
